*Job Descriptions:
- Gathering requirements from other teams across sales, marketing, product, business…
- Supporting a development team during the implementation stage.
- Collaborating with a product owner and cross-functional leaders to find appropriate solutions.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager.
*Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Financial with IT background or related field.
- Experienced in using Visio, Draw.io, Figma, etc.
- Familiar with software development life cycle, such as Agile/Scrum.
- Have knowledge of UI/UX; or have experience in financial/payment online field (nice to have).
- Strong documentation skills, with experience in writing technical documents, workflows, etc.
- Proactive, self-organized, and detail – oriented.
- Good at communication.
